Chapter 2 - Fated?

During the conversation, it was revealed that both Mr.D and Mr.R were attached, of course, to different persons, it was just another arrangement of Fate to Mr.D and same went for Mr.R. They started discussing their relationships, about the goods and the bads, no hiding.

Mr.R: Attached for 4 years already

Mr.D: Wah, damn long wei

Mr.D: Geng!

Mr.R: And problem starts

Mr.D: Recently or?

Mr.R: For almost a year

Mr.D: What happened? Communication problem?

Mr.R: Don't know lo, demanding lo?

Mr.R: How about you?

...

Mr.D: But problems never end

Mr.D: Communication problem

Mr.D: Both also stubborn, and that's the root cause

Mr.R: Same like mine lo

... and the conversation continued.

It was the first time Mr.D ever requested someone to cam online, and maybe to Mr.R, it was a pleasure to do so. Mr.D was so sure that he could never go wrong. To be frank, right after he had seen Mr.R through cam, he saw something in Mr.R, it could be love?could be an affection?or just merely an attraction. Mr.D always liked someone who was equipped with a nerdy look, but not a typical nerd, just the look. Maybe Mr.R got the looks that he defined as "NERDY"?

Few houses away, lived the relative of Mr.D, and he knew that they had a web-cam at home, so he decided to borrow from them, just to cam with Mr.R. To Mr.R, there was nothing could ever be much luckier than having the opportunity to see Mr.D through cam, and not just pictures that he kept in his mind or through some network connections like friendster and so on. Mr.R had the pleasure, and so did Mr.D

Even knowing each other were being attached, they still took the risk to keep in touch with each other through anything they could, so long they could reach each other. Mr.D was very good at hiding secrets, his boyfriend didn't know Mr.R's existence at all, everything was being "operated" underground. On the other hand, rather to say Mr.R was weak at keeping the secrets from being revealed, I would say he didn't even have the intention of hiding it from his boyfriend, Mr.B at all. Thus, Mr.B had known about Mr.D so long ago, and inside his heart, all he ever had for Mr.D was jealousy and anger or even hatred, whereas anger, disappointment and hatred with love inside still for Mr.R.

Mr.D was having a hard time burning midnight oil for his exam from 11 to 16 in August 2008, although Mr.R couldn't be there for Mr.D, at least web-cam did help a little, and Mr.D received all the warm supports and care given by Mr.R. Mr.D had a two days break on 14-15 August before the last paper, so they had arranged a meet up on 14th August.

A conversation dated back to 7.8.2008

Mr.D: I won't limit myself anymore (As in know more guys rather than sticking himself only to his current boyfriend)

Mr.D: But I won't go too far though...close friendship is possible but beyond that, no

Mr.R: You really have your own stand of your principle...

Mr.R: And I admire you for that

Mr.D: For me, kissing hugging is ok, not more than that

...

On 14th August 2008, as planned, Mr.D picked Mr.R up at the nearest LRT station, and then soon they headed to Mr.D's home.
